Lo thar pirate buddies!

I'm Murse, completely new to DayZ and have recently brought and put together a cheap as chips PC just to play it.

Rousch is a buddy of mine and after watching him play it and seeing a few videos/word of mouth I've decided I want to give it a go. He pointed me in the direction of this server and I've so far played no more than half an hour, but am loving it so far. I popped in last night for about 10 minutes and also onto team speak for the same, and was greeted warmly and I must say so far this does seem to be the dogs bollox as it were.

Long time CS:S player and hopefully over the next few days once I learn the controls (took me 10 minutes and a visit from Rousch to learn how to open my bag) I'll be floating and healing peeps. I'm a doctor after all.









PS: I'm a Murse, that's pretty much kinda almost but not quiet but in a lot of ways better and far more awesome and has a sexier uniform kinda doctor like person.

i used to play CS:S before day z too, didn't play properly though, i played surf. AWP'ing people while they are surfing on the ramps and hearing them cry hax cracked me up everytime

CS:S kids? I played CS 1.6 as well for a fair while until I got CS:S waaaaaay back. 8 years service on steam and still going!

haha good man I started out in the beta days so much time spent on that game, I remember how bad the steam launch sucked

I <3 valve can't wait to play cs:go again once they bring that over to ubuntu

I played Beta as well for a while, but I wasn't given a copy of CS:S so had to buy my own. Still one of the best buys I've ever made, though my total time played is under 500 hours.

CS:GO I dislike. There will never be a game like CS:S again, not until HL3. Magic bullet is the only skin an awper will ever need.

i believe i was into the 1k hr mark on CS:S. We were no joke. Played competitively in CAL and CEVO and even TWL (dunno if they are even still around). Total nerds about CS:S. I even have a prime account at gotfrag!
