I had an idea that I think would help encourage players who get white-listed to make this their home.

I was thinking maybe it might be cool to give players "perks" for reaching certain milestones within the server. Like if you play X number of hours on the server, you get something extra in your starting load-out(a compass maybe, or a map even) to give you an edge over the "hit and quit" players. We kinda already have this going with backpack upgrades for referrals, so I'm just expanding upon the idea. I'd like to hear everyone's feedback on this, and you can maybe even suggest some fun milestones for people to aim for.

I dont really like the idea of better starting load-outs, because I find it great that you start with nothing

might be cool to incorporate a credits system. when you hit a milestone, you get a credit. then you can buy items (whatever they may be) and the item is added to your inventory.

you would log out, select the item you wanna spend your credit on, then log back in to the game server and have that in your inventory.
