Hello! Q1: How do i get the "forum player stats" ? I dont find any option to enable. Q2: Is there any overall-statistics where i can lookup my total kills or playing time? I really love to have that. For example check the page from our server we used to play: www.reunionz.eu ( dont play on it cause it sux )

Q1. The forum stats are automatic, however they have not been functional since I switched from a Bliss/Reality style database to a vanilla hive format. This basically means the location a lot of the information is stored in the new database has changed a lot. I have plans for a system for the hive db but its not a high priority for me at the moment. The hive db doesn't store totals for things like kills deaths etc, so it means I have to look at all your characters to work it out. This has some performance problems associated that I want to work out before I re-implement the stats. Q2. We do have a statistics page which Bernard and myself wrote, however it is also down at the moment for the same reasoning as the forum stats. I need to rewrite and redo a lot of the queries for pulling the data from the new database format. Here's a couple of screenshots of the old stats page    I do have big plans for both an entirely new stats page and a "killboard" type system with full details of kills. I am already logging all this information and I use it already for admin purposes. However a lot more work needs to be done on it before it is ready for server public too. Unfortunately things like this are much lower on my priorities than admining the server itself and providing updates and bug fixes for it. I don't always have time to work on them especially whilst the server is very busy but they will be back again in some form whenever I can. |
