- Self Blood Bagging Tweaked - Eberteby came up with a fantastic (imo) idea for the use of self bloodbagging. The changes mean that you will not see a self bloodbag option UNLESS

You have a bloodbag in your inventory and you are at a location that spawns medical loot - A hospital or a medical tent
OR
You have a bloodbag in your inventory and you are near the Land_tent_east basebuilding tent


As a former lonewolf, I do not like this change very much.

It's okay if you're two people bloodbagging each other (perhaps mid-combat), while sitting still for 10 seconds, but it's not, if you're doing it on yourself, and having to sit still for 1 min?

I do have some suggestions, for some changes that could imo, make it balanced again.

- Make bloodbags rarer. Like really rare. 1 blood bag per medical box!
People will have to think before they actually go and use that shit.

- You can't self blood bag, unless you've been out of combat for 5 minutes.

- Give the bloodbag a % chance to go wrong, like with the nice change you added, getting infected after selfbloodbagging.
On top of this change, and with the blood bag giving you a random number of blood, between 4 and 8k.(which you wanted to implement before, if I'm not mistaking, Seaweed)

I'm thinking like 15-20% chance to knick an arterie, and lose 3-6k (?) blood on top of a pass out.

Just my thoughts

- Debug monitor can now be toggled - Use your F12 key to show/hide your debug menu.
- Minutes till restart added to debug - Its based on server uptime, should be accurate up to the nearest minute though.
- Loot table tweaks - Few small changes, to toilets and infected camps
- PKM Added to AN2 - Most people were having problems with the 249 SAW now the crosshairs are gone, PKM has green tracers. It is higher damage than the 249 though.

There are FPS issues at the moment with air vehicles I'm still looking into what has caused the problem and finding a fix, I have a feeling its the street lights

If you guys could let me know when you started seeing the problem roughly it will help me in tracking it down.

I already had problems a few weeks ago when the chopper landed and I ejected, my game would just freeze for a couple of seconds, don't have problems anymore now though so I don't know what is up

Generally it seems to be when another person is flying overhead rather than if you yourself are flying

Hmm, it was just when we landed and we all got out of the chopper some people their game just froze and FPS dropped to 0 for a few seconds ( like 5-10). Might be something diffrent then the lag that it is now seeing the thing I explained isn't happening anymore.

just a heads up, the aim on the mounted PKM is highly inaccurate. its all over the place but usually above where the shots should be landing. it looks sick as hell, but super inaccurate. im not being a debbie downer, it honestly really is inaccurate. feels broken like when you fire SD mags in a non SD gun, but multiply by 10. the first few shots are somewhat accurate, but the more u fly and use the gun, the high the aim gets. its weird.

I think people might end up preferring that after the damage you did to folks with the 249 saw ;) It has tracers at least tho. The only other option that has tracers AFAIK (and isn't something ridiculous like a minigun) is the 240 and thats the same or higher damage than PKM with increased accuracy.

i think i just get lucky with my shots is all. that and i only show/upload the times i actually hit something. the 240 sounds like fun. the tracers are so damn sexy on the pkm tho.

Bernard brought up a good point about the inaccuracy of the PKM on the plane. You can zero the PKM so I wonder if that is throwing off the accuracy of the shots. I haven't had a plane to try changing the zeroing yet but this might be something to look into.

seen on an overwatch server.. there was an option to spawn in bicycles with the toolbox (the toolbox is gone after you spawned in the bicycle).

one is for sure - you can't let people spawn with a toolbox on zerosurvival.

maybe its possible to craft a bicycle when you have a toolbox, scraped metal and wheels or something ^^

This would be awesome. But i imagine it might conflict with antihack stuff that stops people spawning shit in...I am no expert though.

And I might find it too tempting to cover eby's heli's in bikes...

- 154 New Vehicle Spawns - I have way more new spawn points on the way this is just the first wave. Lots of new spawns for various vehicles. I'll keep updating them let me know if theres a vehicle you think needs new spawn points because it always spawns in the same place.

- Added basebuilding light towers - The light towers at the airfields now light up, they can also be constructed as a basebuilding item. Make all the other clans jelly illuminating your clans home. Hopefully some more new buildings coming soon....

- Burn Tents - You could always hit tents with a hatchet or vehicle to destroy the contents but you could never remove another players tent. Now you can burn them, provided you have a hunting knife and matches.
- Bury Humans - This is a brand new mod I coded from scratch myself today, this is offered as an alternative to eating people. You will gain 100 humanity for burying another player and you can't bury a player who has been gutted. You will need an Entrenching Tool to perform the action. Once a player is buried their inventory is left in a box inside the grave itself...
