Loot Table Tweaks - SVD NSPU (night vision with iron sight you can toggle) now spawns at HeliCrashEast, M14 can now only spawn at barracks same chance to spawn as a DMR currently.

Switched restarts to every 3 hours - Should help with the lag when there are > 40 players online, last two nights have been pretty bad for the last hour before a restart. I'm also going to be looking into some other optimizations this week, all the humble bundle noobs are good for stress testing.
Loot Tweaks - FN_FAL spawn rate reduced, G36C spawn rate in general military locations reduced. Infected camp loot table improved - less junk items, more fishing rods, tents, clothing, maps, compass, backpacks etc.

Are infected camps these places with like 4 tents and some barrels? and will the ammunition for the ak107 grenade launcher also be available?

Added 2nd Server - HARDCORE BITCHES - DayZ the way it should be. I'm mainly just gauging interest at the moment and of course testing performance. If it impacts on server #1 heavily it won't be staying, I thought it would be a good time to see how much interest there is in a HC server whilst there's so many humbundlers around though. I've always wanted ZS to be a 1st person server but community interest has never been high enough.

I'll add a couple of my mods to this server but nothing heavy, probably just debug monitor and maybe my loot tables too since they are more hardcore than default. Wish I could share your characters on both but there's basebuilding exploits + ghosting stopping that from being possible :(

Debug Menu Tweaked - Added a message at the bottom for "(F2 to Toggle Debug)" for people who don't read the message telling them on login.
Loot Changes - Added the Shovel back in (found in barns currently) you can use it to bury bodies. Foodbox0 also now has a chance to spawn in supermarkets.

- Crash sites fly in on fire - So people can easily tell crash sites from normal helicopters they will now fly into the level already burning. I still need to tweak the amount of smoke, let me know what you think so far.

- Increased Crash Site Smoke - Increased the amount of smoke and flames coming from the crash sites (just as they are flying in) the smoke when they are crashed remains the same as before.

- Another fix for 2 weapon exploit - Big thanks to cyrq for this one, he gave me some updated code for his script from dayzed which should put an end to the disappearing guns people were seeing when switching weapons with the number keys. His new code includes a check against an animation condition that should fix the bug some players were suffering.
- Added GP25 grenades to loot - The GP25 HE, Smoke and Flare grenades are now available in military locations. You use them in some AK107 variants.

Antihack update - Added a few new script kiddie detection tricks to the antihack, I have also updated a few battleye filters for some extra visibility of some events server side. Warning: pressing shift + p will get you a kicked in-game.

Strip Clothes Reworked - Changed the strip clothes mod to fix an old issue. Soldier skins can now be stripped. Each clothing type now has its own percentage chance to tear when being removed

Solder Clothes = 50% chance of success
Camo Clothing = 75% chance of success
Ghillie Suits = 40% chance of success (same as before)

- Dams don't spawn Military loot now - I hadn't even spotted this change, they made the dams spawn military loot (same as firestations and tents) in dayzmod 1.8. Makes no logical sense to me so I swapped it for industrial loot.
- Increased fishing rod drop chances - Increased the chance of finding a fishing rod at the wooden boats or in one of the boathouses. Don't forget you can also find them at survivor camps up north and barracks on our server.
- Chopping down a tree for wood will remove that tree - Thank you dayz epoch for this one, chopping down a tree should remove that tree in game until next restart. I haven't had a chance to test this so let me know if you notice any problems.

- Tweaks to strip clothes script
- New Weapons - Added 2 new M4 variants and 1 new M16 to the MilitarySpecial (Barracks) and HelicrashWest loot tables, RGO sight and ACOG GL (one has iron sights you can toggle with "/" too). Regular SVD will only show up in the HelicrashEast table now instead of both.

- Anti Hack Changes - Made some new additions to the serverside antihack code the only one you guys should notice is that if you press ALT + F4, whilst your character is in combat they will die. Continue reporting combat logging incidents to me via the forums or teamspeak regardless. Its not going to cover all cases and I still need to ban people who combat log.
- Percentage Chance for Barracks Loot Increase - I've been noticing loot in barracks is a little too rare for my liking. I have doubled the chance for it to spawn for now, let me know how you find it.

- Antihack Update - Forgot to remove one of the new guns from the banned weapons list in the antihack. It will have disappeared if you looted one yesterday, looks like that only affected 1 person any way.
- Added permaloot varaible to bury body - I forgot to set the permaloot variable for the boxes left when you bury a person. This meant if you left an area the server cleanup script could potentially delete the box previously.

- Small Loot Tweaks - This is some preparation work for a bigger change I have partially finished and hope to complete tonight. You won't notice much different for now but when my new changes to the loot system are implemented, top tier loot items - eg sniper rifles, machine guns, ghillie suits, nvgs, rangefinders and 24 slot backpacks should be even rarer.

- DB Cleanups - Improved my database cleanup procedure, all empty tents and stashes have been deleted, along with all tank traps, barbed wire, camonets and sandbags whos owner has died. This will happen whenever the cleanup script is run which is currently once a week. I also removed a bunch of tents placed in glitch spots last night. Reminder: placing a tent underwater or inside a rock is not allowed on ZS, I regularly delete tents people placed in these locations. No refunds!

- Database Hacker Logging - Coded and implemented an additional layer of hacker scanning for the database.
- Tear rate on Soldier Clothing Changed - I've updated the tear chance on soldier clothing to be 75%, as it seems to be the most desirable skin.
- Added a new DB Procedure for Bike Spawning - I respawn all the bicycles once a week on Thursdays, rather than running the general vehicle spawn procedure once the bikes are deleted I have written a new one specifically for bikes. This is to stop the vehicle spawn script from running at the same time every week (the bike one will however).

- Added 2 new guns - Added a couple of guns I'd forgotten about, AK107_PSO and M24 Desert camo the 107 will spawn at barracks or crash sites, the M24 desert will spawn at crash sites the M24 regular will only spawn at the barracks.

Added ZavoraAnim to Untargetable Objects Array - There's a few basebuilding items which cursortarget has problems picking up making removing them very hard. Theres an alternate method of targetting used for these objects, ZavoraAnim has been added to this list and you should now get the option to remove it.

Moved some custom actions to inventory right clicks - I have moved some of the scroll wheel options added by scripts to inventory right click options instead.

Basebuilding: right click your toolbox, here you can view the basebuilding help and the basebuilding recipe list. You can also right click your map if you wish to see your basebuilding flags marked.
Self Bloodbag: this is still restricted only to hospitals/medical/basebuilding tents and will not work elsewhere, the option will be available to you all the time now when you right click a bloodbag, but it will only work if you are near one of the allowed buildings.
Suicide: Right click your pistol if you have decided you have had enough of the world just make sure you have ammo for it left.

- Bury Body Changes - You will need a shovel for burying bodies now, rather than an etool. I have also increased the humanity gain from burying a body from 100 to 500. I am also working on an entirely new system for humanity lost/gained when a player is killed at the moment.

- Traps Fixed (partially) - There have been a couple of problems with the traps that came with 1.8 which have stopped people from using them. I have now fixed the first of these problems. Any trap which was placed armed was re-spawning unarmed after a restart. This was being caused by a change made for basebuilding on the serverside. I have fixed that problem now and traps will respawn armed after a restart if they were armed before it. HOWEVER bear traps still cannot be armed from the scroll wheel, other traps such as the can traps appear to work great as they spawn armed.

I'm going to be looking at this soon to try and get to the bottom of it. The traps are armed serverside rather than client, it could be antihacks interfering or another change I've made, or it could just be broken by default.

edit: whooops I broke vehicle/tent inventory updates last night between 1am and 2pm with this change. I've reverted it for now until I am home to verify the mistake I made is now fixed.

All fixed now, sorry for those affected by the 12 hour period I broke the tents/vehicles for. I will try and refund items where I can but its not easy to track when the tents have never saved

- Basebuilding item removal fix - Small bugfix for the basebuilding item removal script that should hopefully stop a previous glitch being possible and create serverside logs for all removal attempts. Many thanks to nawrot for letting me know about the bug.
- Revised Networking Settings - Still some work to be done tweaking these but things should improved somewhat. My previous settings were more optimised for lower player counts, these new ones should reduce wait for host issues and improve connectivity in general. Let me know if you are noticing increased lag/desync issues.
